Dear Mr. Bedford, Thank you so much for fixing my car in such a timely manner. I also wanted to say that after having worked in customer service for over thirty years, I am always so in awe when I encounter a business such as yours. Every person that I spoke to was interested, courteous, and motivated. Besides yourself, I really wanted to call attention to the young man who helped me that first Saturday morning, the 18th of October, when I stopped by to get an estimate. I neglected to get his name and I am sorry for that as I rarely experience that type of first-rate customer focus, let alone from someone so young. He ran over to the office to help me and explained that you were not there but would be back. He took my business card and followed through. He was great. In addition, the woman who turned my car back over to me last Thursday afternoon, the 30th of October. She was conscientious and very friendly. If any of my co-workers or friends are so unfortunate as to experience an automobile accident, I will definitely send them your way. Best regards, |
